Product Introduction
N-coumaroyldopamine, which normally mention with N-Caffeoyldopamine, is a phytochemical found in various plants specially cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.). It is recently be used in sport supplement product to gain lean muscles and burn extra body fat.
As N-coumaroyldopamine and its its natural analogs (N-cinnamoyldopamine, N-coumaroyldopamine, N-feruloyldopamine, and N-sinapoyldopamine) can be found in natural plants. It is claimed as a big thing in sport nutrition supplment industry found in the last 10 years.
Effects / Benefits / Uses
Research publised in April, 2015 shows that N-coumaroyldopamine and N-caffeoyldopamine were the two most potent compounds, able to increase cAMP at the concentrations < 0.05 μM in U937 cells. The decreasing order of potency was N-coumaroyldopamine > N-caffeoyldopamine > N-feruloyldopamine > N-sinapoyldopamine > N-cinnamoyldopamine. therefore N-coumaroyldopamine and N-caffeoyldopamine were synthesized and determined as potent compounds that produce cAMP via β2-adrenoceptors in U937 cells. Beta-adrenoceptor agonists are therapeutic compounds developed solicitously and used clinically to treat various human diseases.
Other research also shows that N-coumaroyldopamine bioavaliability can be increased thtough co-administration with a catechol-o-mehtyltransferase (comt) inhibitor for promoting weight loss in a user.
These results meanning N-coumaroyldopamine and N-caffeoyldopamine will be effective for bodybuilder to gain lean muscles and burn extra fat from body at the same time.
Side Effects and Dosage
Although there are no enough reports about the side effects by taking N-coumaroyldopamine, but due to its natural charactors, N-coumaroyldopamine is considered to be safe under its recommended dosage at 20-30mg per serving.
